OWLab

Overview

OWLab enables students to remotely access specialized software needed for courses from off campus. The service is limited to Windows specialized software only . Students can use a Windows or Mac computer to access the software by following the instructions below.

Save Your Work!
This is a completely virtual environment. Please save your files to OneDrive, Google Drive or another cloud service. Documents saved to the virtual computer will be deleted after logging out. Stay active while logged; the remote computer will logoff automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Logging into OWLab

Go to owlab.temple.edu and enter your AccessNet-username@temple.edu. Then click Next .

At the Temple login prompt, enter your AccessNet username and password. Then click Login .

Click the computer that you would like to use. OWLab General has the majority of the specialized software. You may see another icon for your school or college, that has resources for specific classes.

You will be prompted to allow the OWLab computer to have access to your local computer's clipboard, printer, or microphone. After you make your selection, click, Allow .

Type your AccessNet-username@temple.edu (for example, tua00000@temple.edu) and password. Then click Submit .

You will be logged into the virtual Desktop environment. Please note the following:
