OneDrive - How to Access Shared Files

Question

How can I view files others have shared with me?

Answer

If you're the owner of a file, you will find all of your personal files in the 'My Files' folder in OneDrive. To access files others shared with you:

  1. Log into OneDrive
  2. On the left, under your name, click 'Shared' to access files that others shared with you
