OWLcard Mobile- New Phone/Same Number

Question

I got a new phone and haven't changed my phone number. How do I remove OWLcard mobile from my old phone?

Answer

If you previously set up OWLcard mobile on a different phone, when adding a new phone, you might see a message that you have reached maximum device limit. In this case, you will need to remove OWLcard mobile from your old phone.

Select one of the options below for instructions: 


If the you still have access to your OLD device:

  1. Click on the Transact eAccounts mobile app
     
  2. Expand the menu by clicking on the down arrow to the right of your name (Hooter Owl in the picture below)

3. Click on MORE INFORMATION

4. Click on Remove Campus ID

If you do not have access to the old device and are an iPhone user:

  1. On your new iPhone click on Settings
     
  2. Click the first setting that displays your name (Hooter OWL in the picture below) with Apple ID, etc.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the next page to see all devices linked to your Apple ID

4. Find the old iPhone and click it

5. Select Remove Items (closer to the bottom of the screen) - this will remove the OWLcard from the old iPhone

If you do not have access to the old device and are an Android user:

Please call (215-204-8000) or visit the Technology Support Center in room 106 of the TECH Center with your new phone. The TECH Center is located near the intersection of 12th street & Montgomery Avenue.
