Print on the Go Mobile enables you to print documents using a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. You can use it from any location that has Internet access, either on or off campus. With Print on the Go Mobile, you do not need to perform a setup process. You send the documents via email.
Things to keep in mind about Print on the Go Mobile:
- You can print any Microsoft Office document, Adobe PDF file, JPG, text, or PNG file. If you try to mail a file in an unsupported format, you will receive a return email telling you that your print job has failed, and listing the allowable file formats.
- You can print 100 documents per day.
- Color printing is available only in the Main Campus TECH Center, HSC TECH Center and Ambler Information Commons.
- Your document will be available to print for up to 24 hours at any Print on the Go print station location.
- When you swipe and print, the pages will be deducted from your standard printing quota.
Submit a Print Request
To submit a print request:
- Log in to your email account and create a message to owlprint@temple.edu.
- Include a Subject, such as owlprint or the name of your document.
- Attach up to three documents that you wish to print and send the message. If you are using a Temple email account, skip to step 5. Otherwise, go to the next step.
- If you are using a non-Temple email account, you will receive an email prompting you to add this new address to your account. Click on the link in the message and log in to printcenter.temple.edu (using your AccessNet username and password) to add your email address to your account. Note that you may add multiple addresses to your account.
- Depending on the complexity of the documents, you should receive an e-mail reply within about five minutes, confirming that the jobs are ready to print. If you do not receive a confirmation after this time, please resubmit your request, taking care to follow all instructions/requirements listed on this page.
Things to know:
- The address owlprint@temple.edu will print your file double-sided. This is the default printing mode at Temple, used to promote environmental sustainability and conserve your print quota. To print your document as single-sided (for a final draft, for example), send the email to owlprint.single@temple.edu.
Print on the Go Web
Print on the Go Web enables you to print documents and track your quota using a web browser (Windows, Mac OS, Android) or mobile app (iPhone/iPad). You can use this service from any location that has Internet access, either on or off campus. With Print on the Go Web, you do not need to perform a setup process, with the exception of iPhone and iPads, which require that you install an app.
Things to keep in mind about Print on the Go Web:
- You can print any Microsoft Office document, Adobe PDF file, JPG, text, or PNG file. Other types of files will not work.
- The maximum allowable file size is 50MB.
- Color printing is available only in the Main Campus TECH Center , HSC TECH Center and Ambler Information Commons.
- Your document will be available to print for up to 12 hours at any Print on the Go print station location.
- When you swipe and print, the pages will be deducted from your standard printing quota.

The file you selected will appear on the screen along with the following details (number of pages, number of sheets, submit date, and cost). You can preview how the file will appear by clicking the Print Preview icon. Select the file by clicking the check box on the left.

Print on the Go Classic
Print on the Go Classic is designed for Windows or Mac computers only. While there is an initial setup process, you are not restricted as to the types of files that can be printed.

- You must be connected to Temple's TUsecurewireless or TUresnet network to use this service.
- Color printing is not available at this time.
- Your document will be available to print for up to 12 hours at any Print on the Go print station location.

After performing a brief, initial, one-time setup process, you can are ready to print. To begin, first connect to the TUsecurewireless or TUresnet network. Then perform the steps in this slider to install the wireless printing software.

Print Station Usage
After you submit a print request using Print on the Go, you will have 24 hours to print out your document. If you don't print after 12 hours, the print job will be automatically deleted from your print queue.
