Overview

As a registered Temple student or current employee, you can subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud at no charge for coursework or work. The software is available for Windows/Mac computers and mobile devices, and includes access to Adobe online storage.
- As a student, you can install the Adobe Creative Cloud applications on one laptop or desktop computer only.
- As an employee, you can install the software on two computers, one of which can be personal.
You also have the option to install all the desktop programs included or just specific ones you need. Adobe Creative Cloud also offers Mobile Apps and cloud storage for use with your subscription.
Note: Many of the Creative Cloud products occupy a large amount of storage space on your computer and may require a modern processor and graphics card. It is important to review the systems requirements before you install any of the applications.
Download Files
There are two ways you can download your files:
Option 1: Use the Creative Cloud desktop app
If you are using the Creative Cloud desktop app , then you should already have copies of your files stored locally on your computer. To access them perform one of the following:
- Open the Creative Cloud Files directory or folder from the Creative Cloud desktop app by clicking the Assets tab, then the Files panel and clicking Open Folder.
- In an app, choose File > Save or File > Save As and navigate to the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer.

Option 2: Download individual files
Follow the instructions below under Access Your Files in Temple's Computer Labs .
Access Your Files in Temple's Computer Labs
To access your Adobe Creative Cloud files in Temple's computer labs, you will need to download them to your computer. When you are finished, you can then upload them back to the Adobe site.
To Download a File:
- Go to assets.adobe.com .
- Enter your @temple email address and click Continue . DO NOT click Continue with Google/Facebook/Apple.
- Click Company or School Account .
- When prompted, log in with your AccessNet username and password.
- In the Your Work screen, click a file you want to download. Then on the upper-right portion of the screen, click the three horizontal dots (• • • ) and then Download . The file will then appear in the Downloads folder on your computer.
- When you are finished, return to the previous screen. Then click the blue circle icon on the upper-right portion of the screen and select Sign Out .
To Upload a File
- Perform steps 1 to 4 above.
- Drag and drop the file you want to upload to the Your Work screen.
- When you are finished, click the blue circle icon on the upper-right portion of the screen and select Sign Out .
