Genesys Cloud- How to create scheduled reports

How do I set up a scheduled report in Genesys?

1. Sign into Genesys using Temple SSO
2. Click 'Performance', then select 'Workspace'.
3. On the left, choose the applicable option for the report you’d like to review and export

4. Once you have the report you want to schedule, click the download button in the upper right-hand corner.
5. Under 'Recipients', enter up to 10 email addresses.
6. Under 'Format', select the format you'd like to use.
7. Under 'Frequency', choose how often you'd like this report sent (e.g., once, recurring). This will give you additional options, such as the days of the week and the time period for the report.
8. Under 'Format', select the preferred parameters (e.g., duration, time zone).
