Question

How do I view who has access to a folder I shared?

Answer

You can only view access to a folder if you're one of the owners of the file. 

To view and manage access to the file:

  1. Log in to OneDrive
  2. Locate file / folder 
  3. Right-click the file/folder and click 'Manage Access'

  4. Your access menu will display an option to stop/start sharing, active shared links, and a list of individuals who has direct access to the file. To manage access, click 'Advanced' (at the bottom right of the new window) to grant or remove permission per individual.
