Your voice mailbox is automatically locked after five invalid login attempts. Please update the passcode to unlock it or if you forget your passcode. If you have trouble resetting your passcode, or simply have a question, please contact Telecommunications at 215-777-VOIP or via E-Mail at telecom@temple.edu.
- Go to tuportal.temple.edu
- Click on the home tab

- Under TUApplications, click 'Telecom Self Service'
- Highlight Telephone and click 'Reset Voicemail Passcode'

- Check off the check boxes to confirm that you agree
- Click 'Click here to Reset Voice Mail Passcode' to update passcode
