How to Disable Enhanced Tracking Protection for Accurate Course Completion Reporting in Docebo

Safari 

• Open Safari and click Safari in the menu bar. 

• Select Settings, then go to the Privacy tab. 

• Un-check the box next to Prevent cross-site tracking to allow tracking. 

• Close the settings to apply changes. 

Firefox 

• Visit the website for which you want to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection or perform this for all sites. 

• Click the shield icon to the left of the address bar. 

• Toggle off the Enhanced Tracking Protection for that website. To adjust global settings, click Settings, then Privacy & Security and configure Enhanced Tracking Protection to Standard, Strict, or Custom. 

Chrome 

• Click the three dots in the top-right corner and open Settings. 

• Go to Privacy and Security and select Cookies and other site data.

• Disable Block third-party cookies, or adjust other privacy features such as Do Not Track as needed. 

• For more granular control, use Site Settings to configure tracking and cookies for individual sites. 

Edge 

• Click the three dots in the top-right corner and go to Settings.

• Select Privacy, search, and services.

• Under Tracking prevention, toggle the switch to Off to disable tracking protection, or select the level (Basic, Balanced, Strict) for partial disabling. ​
