Set Up PIN Printing for Google Chrome (Windows)

1. Press the CTRL + P keys.
    
2. Click the More Settings dropdown.
   
   
    
3. Scroll down and click Print using system dialog (or use CTRL + SHIFT + P in step 1).
   
   
    
4. Be sure to select the correct printer in the drop-down menu.
   
   
    
5. Click More Settings.
   
   
    
6. Click the Job Storage tab.
    
7. Click Personal Job.
    
8. Click PIN to print under Make Job Private/Secure. 
   
   
    
9. Click OK, then Print. 

Once a PIN-protected job is printed, a dialog box will appear. This can be hidden by checking the do not show this information check box.
