Set Up PIN Printing for Microsoft 365 Apps (macOS)

Please be aware that PIN printing is application-specific.

1. From the Print menu of the application you are attempting to print from, click Job Storage located under Printer Options.
   
   
    
2. Click Personal Job.
   
   
    
3. Click Use PIN to Print so a check mark appears. Then enter a four-digit personal identification number (PIN) and click OK.
