ERA - Electronic Research Administration

ERA uses an integrated and automated system to assist research administration activities in the following areas:

• Pre-Award Management
• Protocol Management
• Clinical Trials Management
• Submissions of Proposals to Sponsors
• Electronic Notification of Awards
• Post Award Management
• Technology Commercialization
• Reporting

For access to the ERA system, you need a current Temple University Accessnet account associated with a Department. A select group of University Employees are automatically provisioned accounts in ERA daily from Temple’s HR system.  Students, other Employees, and Guests can get access and be provisioned by logging in directly to ERA and following the prompts. TUHS and FCCC that do not have a University Acessnet can request one by following the instructions using this document for the Temple Health Hub Service Center, and be sure to:

• Select Request Type = GARS/AccessNet (Temple University) and
• Access Type or Role = Login for ERA
• Once you have completed the form, click Submit.
