What Is this Product? 

Adobe Acrobat Sign is the university’s centrally supported electronic signature platform. It allows users to create and send electronic documents—such as contracts, agreements, and forms—for secure signatures.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Temple faculty and staff with approved access.

How Do I Use It?

  • Access can be requested through the 'Adobe Sign' form on the right.
  • Access is provisioned through the Adobe Admin Console.

Cost and Limitations

  • Acrobat Sign is licensed on a per-transaction basis.
  • The university has an annual allocation of approximately 10,000 transactions.
  • Departments may be responsible for coverage costs if usage exceeds the annual limit.
  • This service does not include support for DocuSign, which is managed by the Office of University Counsel.
  • Only workflows vetted to avoid conflict with other university eSignature systems will be supported.
