TUsafesend

TUsafesend is a Temple University resource that offers a secure, university-sanctioned alternative to email for sending sensitive or confidential information. It should be used instead of email when sharing such data. Users with an AccessNet account can send files to both internal and external recipients and benefit from enhanced features and a more streamlined process. Users without an AccessNet account can send files only to Temple University recipients and must complete a verification process.

• There is no cost associated with using this service.
• TUsafesend enables you to send up to 19 files at any one time. The total size limit of all files is 6 GB.
• Files remain encrypted for 21 days. They are then automatically deleted.
• You can use TUsafesend to share date that you and your recipients are currently authorized to access. Use of this service is subject to Temple University’s data classifications policy.
