• Create content and manage strategy for all social media accounts belonging to Information Technology Services, including Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook.
• Ensure the availability and accessibility of the offering.
• Implement security measures such as determining which content is appropriate for external audiences vs. internal audiences from a security standpoint.
• Provide social media amplification and promotion of ITS services and resources to the Temple Community.
• Accepts social media content requests if content is deemed appropriate for social media.
• Does not include the support of the OWLtech or TECH Center social media accounts, which are managed separately from the central Information Technology Services social accounts.
