Network Security

Development and maintenance of network access policies and procedures and management of network access requests.

• Provision and manage by the office of information security and network services
• Provide network access to employees and devices based on business needs and the associated risks posed to the network.
• Implement security measures, such as security assessments, to ensure any server requesting network access is appropriately hardened.
• Provide support for to the university for any networking security related incidents.
• Ensure the availability and accessibility of the offering for all employees that have a business related reason to request network access. Network access is not granted until it's assessed and approved by the office of information security.
