Guest Access Request System

What is this Product?

The Guest Access Request System allows Temple University faculty, staff, and eligible students to request system and/or building access for individuals who are not formally affiliated with the university (e.g., visiting faculty, vendors, volunteers, and contractors). Through this system, sponsors can request access for guests to technology resources such as:

  • AccessNet account
  •  TUportal
  • Canvas
  • Wireless access
  • VPN, TUmail, Guest Cards, and more (via follow-up requests)

The system also supports the issuance of Guest Cards for building access and integration with services like Diamond Dollars, campus recreation, and ITS computer labs.
