Email Announcement Distribution

Send out an announcement to the university through the use of the university Listserv system. Targeted mailings sent by ITS on behalf of other offices restricted to urgent university business announcements.

• Process requests as submitted via TUhelp, email or phone
• Format message content
• Confirm the scope of targeted audience(s) and align with correct Listserv list or uploaded recipient file
• Provide support for announcement request process and related incidents.
• This offering does not include the development and distribution of scheduled, non-urgent messages.
