Canvas Learning Analytics

Canvas Learning Analytics is a suite of tools within the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) that provides insights into student engagement, course performance, and learning outcomes. These analytics help instructors, students, and administrators monitor progress, identify trends, and enhance the overall teaching and learning experience.

Canvas Learning Analytics tools are available by default within Canvas. No separate request is needed. Faculty who need help interpreting course analytics should contact the Center for the Advancement of Teaching (CAT) for assistance.

• CAT provides support for faculty using analytics within their courses
• Some analytics features may vary depending on institutional settings or course configuration
