Microsoft Intune is a mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) cloud-based service that allows Temple Technical Support groups to securely manage Temple users, computers, and mobile devices, whether on campus or remote.
Moving to Intune aligns with Microsoft's strategic direction for modern endpoint management.
All new Windows computers purchased through the Temple-approved purchasing channels and managed by Temple ITS will be enrolled in Intune at the time of deployment.
To determine if your computer is enrolled, go to Settings , Accounts , then Access Work or School . If Connected to Temple University MDM appears, this means your computer is enrolled in Microsoft Intune.
