Purpose of Data Collection: Employee phone numbers and related information are collected and used solely for operational communications as part of their job responsibilities.

Data Usage: Data will only be used to send necessary work-related SMS messages (e.g. on-call notifications from our monitoring systems).

Data Sharing: Data will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share data with subcontractors or service providers solely for operational purposes.

Opt-Out: Recipients can opt out of receiving messages by replying STOP to any message.

Data Security: Employee data is stored on internal university computer systems, protected by the same enterprise-grade security used throughout our computing environment. Only authorized system/application administrators may access these systems.

Description: Our service sends on-call notifications from our monitoring systems to our employees.

Eligibility: Only employees will receive these messages as part of their job responsibilities.

Consent: By accepting employment in or assignment to a role whose duties include on-call rotations, employees consent to receive communications from Temple University.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the service. Employees who opt out must reach an agreement with their supervisor on an alternative way to receive on-call notifications.

Message Frequency: Messages will be sent as needed for operational purposes. In the event of a major incident, message frequency may be unusually high.

Fees and Charges: The University does not charge its employees to use the service. However, message and data rates from your cellular carrier may apply.
