Appspace Digital Signage

Overview

AppSpace is a university-wide cloud-hosted digital signage solution used at Temple. It is used to manage university content on digital displays around Temple's campuses (Main, Ambler, Center City, Health Sciences Center, Rome and Japan). Appspace provides a modern, manageable way to deliver news, information and media to displays in common areas, entryway and lobbies. By displaying content digitally, departments can reduce the time, cost, and environmental impact associated with traditional print media.

Appspace provides the ability to:

  • Publish content to a single display or group of displays quickly
  • Display important announcements instantly
  • Present multiple forms of content, including images, videos, and web pages
  • Broadcast live events or streams
  • Build dynamic content using information from weather providers, RSS feeds, and more
