Genesys Cloud- Updating Messages

Reference

In order to update Option1 or Broadcast messages on the Genesys Cloud system we must first login to the Genesys Cloud Architect platform at https://apps.mypurecloud.com/architect or select “Menu>Orchestration> Admin” when logged in to Genesys Cloud and click the “Architect” link. If you do not have permissions to access the Architect platform create a TDX ticket and assign to Gladys for review/approval.

 

Create Recording

You must first create the audio recording of the Broadcast message or System Status option.


The menus now have automatic date and time for Option 1 so when recording an Option1/System Status you no longer have to say “As of Monday January 1st, 2020….”

 

Update TSC IVR with New Audio Recording

Now you must edit the Technology Support Center (TSC) IVR and update it with the new audio recording.
