Reference
Students (including faculty/staff enrolled in classes) receive quotas based on the number of credit hours they are taking and the corresponding University Services Fee. Visit the Student Printing in Temple University Computer Labs website for print quota information.
CHECK YOUR BALANCE: You can check your print allocation balance via the OWLcard eAccounts option under your TUapplications tab in TUportal. Your quota will also appear on the print station screen after tapping your OWLcard.
MISSING QUOTA: If you are missing quota, send screen shots of your current roster and print allocation screen to help@temple.edu and explain the issue.
OUT OF PRINT ALLOCATION:
-
If you exhaust your quota, you may request a one-time increase for the currently enrolled semester. Submit on the Print on the Go page.
-
You cannot add to your printing allocation. If you've run out of print allocation, you will be able to pay for print jobs using credit, debit, Apple Pay, or GPay. Employees that are not enrolled in classes can also pay to print. The only three labs you will be able to pay for printing are the main campus TECH Center, the Health Science Campus (HSC) TECH Center, and the Ambler Campus Learning Center.
NOTE: If you need to pay for a print job, see a lab consultant at the main desk of each lab for more information and direction.
