ITS Tech Computer Labs

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides access to state-of-the-art computer labs across multiple Temple University campuses. These labs are designed to support student learning, collaboration, and productivity through modern equipment, comfortable environments, and access to essential software and printing services.

Each lab offers:

• Windows and/or Mac computers
• Lounge spaces for personal devices
• Black-and-white printing from lab machines
• Mobile printing via Print on the Go
• Select locations offer poster printing and collaboration breakout rooms

ITS also installs and maintains academic software in coordination with schools, colleges, and departments to ensure consistency across locations.
 

All Temple University students, faculty, and staff may use ITS-managed computer labs and their associated services. Software requests are limited to university departments for academic use.

Students may walk into any open ITS computer lab to use available equipment and services. To request new software installations for coursework, departments should submit a request through TUhelp, including proof of licensing and any version requirements.

• Use of lab computers and standard printing services is provided at no charge to students.
• Poster printing and specialized services may incur fees.
• No support for specialty software
• Only lab-supplied paper may be used for B&W printing
• Inkjet printing requires student-supplied paper in original packaging
• ITS is not responsible for lost/stolen items or lost/corrupted documents
• Software usage instruction is not provided
