How do I order transcripts or a copy of my diploma?
- Log into TUportal
- If you do not have an active accessnet account, click HERE to renew your account.
- Click on the TUcredentials tab
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on Continue to order your transcript or replacement diploma (big red button)
- Select the option you want (Transcript or Replacement Diploma) on the next screen
- Click on Continue to order your transcript or replacement diploma (big red button)
- You will be redirected to the Parchment website
- If you're having any issues on the Parchment site, contact their support team directly
If you are unable to locate the TUcredentials channel in TUportal, click HERE for Student Record Services and then select the appropriate option from the Services menu on the left.
How do I access my unofficial transcript/academic history?
- Log into TUportal
- Click on the TUcredentials tab
- Click on the View Academic History (Unofficial Transcript) under Resources
NOTE: The unofficial transcript/academic history is only available to current students and alumni that have received a degree from the university. Former students that did not graduate from the university do not have access to the unofficial transcript.

If a client contacts the Technology Support Center because they receive an access denied error when clicking on TUcredentials, the consultant should run a resync in the Accounts Management website and have the client try again:
- Visit the Accounts Website and login
- Click Manage another user's account
- Enter the client's Accessnet username or TUid number to manage their account
- Click Toolbox
- Click Re-synchronize account
