ZOOM AI COMPANION:
The Zoom AI Companion is a generative AI assistant designed to generate meeting summaries and next steps and highlight pertinent information related to Zoom recordings. Before using the Zoom AI Companion, it is important that you familiarize yourself with Temple University's Guidelines for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Note-Taking Tools.
Zoom AI Companion features enabled at Temple:
- Meeting Summary with AI Companion: Uses a temporary meeting transcript to generate a detailed summary of your meeting. It organizes your meeting summary by topic so you can read what was discussed and who said what and provides the next steps or action items. Learn more HERE.
- Meeting Questions with AI Companion: Provides meeting participants with an AI chatbot to explore the proceedings of a meeting in real time. For example, a participant can ask, “What's been discussed so far in this meeting?” Learn more HERE.
- Zoom Whiteboard Content Generation: Allows for content generation and organization of ideas. Learn more HERE.
Visit the Quick Start Guide for instructions on how to enable the Zoom Meeting Summary Companion, Meeting Questions with AI Companion, and Zoom Whiteboard Content Generation features.
