What is this Product? 

Zoom is Temple University’s official video conferencing platform, offering cloud-based video and audio conferencing, chat, collaboration tools, and webinars. It works across mobile devices, desktops, phones, and supported room systems.

Who is Eligible to use it?

Students, faculty, staff, and other university-affiliated users.

How do I use it?

Sign in with your AccessNet credentials at:

  • zoom.temple.edu
  • Or via TUportal > TUapplications tab > search for Zoom

Zoom access is automatically available to all students, faculty, and staff. To request a webinar or large meeting license, submit a request on the right. Support is available through tuhelp.temple.edu or by calling 215-204-8000.

Cost and Limitations

  • Zoom access is free for standard use (up to 300 participants per meeting).
  • Large meeting and webinar licenses must be requested and approved.
  • Zoom Rooms cost $425/year per room and must be purchased by departments.
  • Custom app support and third-party integration troubleshooting are not included.
