How to fix my camera / video colors?
Answer
To potentially fix the issue, please do the following:
- Open the zoom Application
- Make sure client is logged in
- At the top right corner of the application, click on the gear.
- Click Video
- Click 'touch up my appearance' to see if it'll fix the colors. If not, click advanced.
- Uncheck 'Video Processing' to see if it'll fix the colors.
