Download Microsoft 365
You can download the desktop version of Microsoft 365 for free on up to five compatible PCs and Macs. To do this:

Log in to
TUportal
.

Select
Microsoft Office 365
on the left under
TUapplications.

Sign in using your
@temple.edu
email address.

When the Microsoft Office Home screen appears, click the
Install Office link
on the upper-right-portion of the screen.
Please note:
Microsoft 365 needs to be connected to the internet at least once every 30 days or it will revert to a read-only mode until user authentication is confirmed.
Manage Your Licenses
You can install Microsoft 365 on any combination of five Windows or Mac computers, five smartphones, and five tablets (work or home).
The following instructions explain how to sign out of retired or unused devices to free up one or more licenses.

Click the down arrow next to
DEVICES
to view all the devices on which Office 365 is installed.

To sign out of an Office 365 installation on any of your devices, click
Sign out
.
Access Additional Online Apps
Microsoft provides a number of additional online apps, such as
Planner
,
Teams
and
Forms
. To access these apps, log in to Office Online as describe above. Then, at the top of the Microsoft 365 page, click
All apps
.
