Important!
Setting a PIN in any Microsoft 365 app will only set the PIN for that print job. If you’d like for your PIN printing to be used on every print job, please refer to the
Set up PIN Printing for Windows 11 article.
- Press the CTRL + P keys.
- Be sure to select the correct printer in the drop-down menu and click Printer Properties.
- Click the Job Storage tab.
- Click Personal Job.
- Click PIN to print under the Make Job Private/Secure.
- Click OK, then Print.
Once a PIN-protected job is printed, a dialog box will appear. This can be hidden by checking the do not show this information check box.
