Diamond is Temple University’s Technology Service Center virtual assistant, designed to provide fast, automated support for common IT-related questions. It leverages the ITS Knowledge Base along with trusted university resources such as ITS, Student Financial Services, Bursar, and Registrar websites to deliver accurate, up-to-date information.
In addition to answering questions, Diamond can assist with submitting support requests (such as deskside support) and connecting users with a live Technology Service Center agent when needed.
