Web Conferencing for Class and Conference Rooms

What is this Service? 

This service provides installation and maintenance of physical web conferencing equipment in classrooms and conference rooms across campus. It includes the setup and upkeep of hardware used for video conferencing, hybrid meetings, and presentations. This does not include software setup or support.

Who is Eligible to use it?

Students, Faculty, Staff, Authorized guests and other approved campus affiliates.
