Performance Development System

What is this Service? 

The Performance Development System (PDS) is used by staff in specific eclasses to create a Performance Development Plan (PDP) to set up fiscal year goals and review and document overall annual performance.  This application allows a supervisor and their employee to discuss achievements, goals, and areas for advancement.

Scope

  • Provide a web-based form to allow employee to document achievements and goals
  • Provide a web-based form for the supervisor to document employee's strengths, areas of improvement, and goals.
  • Provide a database of the ratings and comments that are used for the PDP dashboard.
  • Provide a hierarchical method for supervisors to review the content in the PDPs.
  • Provide an Administrator Panel for HR which includes set up of Alias and, Delegates.
  • Maintain a history of PDPs.
  • Ensure the availability and accessibility of the offering.
  • Provide support for service requests related incidents.
  • Manage Integration including SIS, Banner HR, ODS
