The Salary Increase System (SIS) is a web app which supports the yearly salary increase process for staff employees.

Scope

  • Ensure the availability and accessibility of the offering.
  • Provide consistency edits on the form which adhere to business process rules.
  • Provide downloadable csv file
  • Provide access security using Grouper and Banner Security Class.
  • Provide support for service requests related incidents.
  • Provide automated approval process.
  • Provide audit trail.
  • Provide confirmation emails.
  • Manage integration with PDS System and Banner
  • Provide HR with an administrative panel to:
  • Assign supervisors, salary pool, approval queue, bonus pool percentages
  • Edit and delete rows in the Admin Table 
  • Insert new employee rows via csv import
  • Populate SIS table, back up SIS table
  • Update PDP Scores
  • Turn on the AFSCME salary increases indicator
