What is this Service? 

Personnel Actions/ EPAFS is an offering which allows a department administrator to submit data changes to an employee’s Banner record.

Current EPAFs include:

  • Separation from Employment
  • Supervisor Changes
  • Expense Distribution Changes
  • Organization Changes: Home, Check Distribution and Timesheet
  • Student Worker Hourly Rate Increases
  • Staff In-grade Salary Adjustments
  • Staff In-grade Salary Retention Increases
  • Faculty Sabbaticals

Scope

  • Ensure the availability and accessibility of the offering.
  • Provide support for service requests related incidents.
  • Configure and maintain new EPAFs as needed using Banner Admin.
  • Manage TUportal and Banner integration.
  • Manage ellucian upgrades.
  • Provide automation using Appworx Processes to apply approved transactions each night to Banner.
