What is this Service? 

The Technology Support Services Team provides assistance for technology related questions to the university community. This service also covers personally-owned mobile devices and computers used by Temple staff to access Temple resources or perform work. This includes:

  • Desktops
  • Laptops
  • Smartphones
  • Tablets

Who is Eligible to use it?

Students, Staff, Faculty, Authorized Guests

How do I use it?

Contact the Temple University Technology Support Center (TSC) by submitting a ticket at help.temple.edu, calling 215-204-8000, or Walk-In to room 106 at the Main Campus Tech Center.

Cost and Limitations

Computers:

  • Assist with getting connected to the campus wireless network
  • Configure and assist with getting connected to Temple VPN
  • Installing Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office and Outlook

Smartphones and tablets:

  • Assist with getting connected to the campus wireless network
  • Configure Temple email account
  • Only includes devices with operating systems that are still supported by the manufacturer.
  • Does not include problems outside of those related to the offering scope.
  • Does not include troubleshooting symptoms caused by underlying operating system issues.
  • Does not include devices with suspected malware.
