Mobile Phones for Business Use

Temple provides mobile phones and cellular service through T-Mobile for authorized business use.

OWLtech Store

OWLtech is Temple’s on-campus technology store located in Pearson Hall, offering device sales, rentals, repairs, and recycling. Shop top brands like Apple, Dell, and Lenovo, and get support from the Technology Support Center.

Personally Owned Device

The Technology Support Services Team provides assistance for technology related questions to the university community.

University Owned Computer/Workstation

Desk side support for university-owned equipment located in Temple University offices.

University Owned Mobile Device

Deskside Support provides in-person technical assistance for Temple University-owned mobile devices.

Endpoint Management as a Service

Enables Temple schools and colleges to manage university-owned Windows and macOS devices using ITS-managed tools like Intune, Jamf, SCCM, and MDT for secure, consistent endpoint deployment, patching, and reporting.
