Endpoint Management as a Service

What is this Offering?

Endpoint Management as a Service allows Temple schools, colleges, and dedicated support units to access ITS-managed tools and processes for deploying, maintaining, and securing university-owned endpoints. Through platforms like Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, MDT, and SCCM, the service offers centralized management of both Windows and macOS systems, enabling efficient operating system deployment, patching, software management, and security enforcement across Temple University.

Who is Eligible to use it?

This service is available to Temple University schools, colleges, and units with dedicated IT support staff who manage Temple-owned devices. Access requires authorization and onboarding by ITS. Personal devices and Linux systems are not supported.

How do I use it?/How do I Request it?

Once enrolled, IT staff can access approved tools—such as Intune for Windows or Jamf for macOS—to deploy operating systems, manage applications, apply patches, enforce university policies, and generate endpoint reports.
