What is this Offering? 

A web form that is used by administrators to view and make 'real-time' changes to existing Position Control Numbers (PCNs) in the Banner System.

Scope

  • Allow Labor and Non-Labor changes
  • Non-Labor changes include:
    • Changes to Position Class, Title, Step, Grade
  • Labor changes include:
    • Changes to the budget dollars
    • Changes to the labor distribution: Index, Fund, Org, Percent
  • Provide downloadable report for Budget Office.
  • Kicks off a workflow with automated approvals from department, RAS, Budget Office and HR.
  • Manage integration with Banner and Taleo Talent Management System.
  • Provide an audit trail.
  • Ensure the availability and accessibility of the offering.
  • Provide support for service requests related incidents.
