What is this Offering? 

The Landline Telephone Service provides reliable, secure, and university-managed Voice over IP (VoIP) telephony to support voice communications across all Temple University campuses. Managed by Information Technology Services (ITS), this service includes telephone equipment, installation, and access to the university’s voice network infrastructure, including 911 emergency services and directory access.

It is designed for departments and units requiring consistent, high-quality business or residential phone service.

Who is Eligible to use it?

This service is available to all Temple University departments and administrative offices located on supported campus networks.

How do I use it?/How do I Request it?

To request a new landline phone, modify service, or report an issue, submit a request on the right hand side. Installation, support, and service management are coordinated by ITS.

Cost and Limitations
