HD Alert

SMS alerts to the Temple Tech community related to service problems and outages. This is a custom application that reads from a managed database of individuals and their mobile phones to distribute IT based SMS alerts.

• Components of the offering include Twilio, FastAPI (Python) and Postgres.
• Manage list of users and phone numbers
• Messaging goes out via Twilio
• Does not include the support/troubleshooting of Twilio to distribute the messages
