• Provision and manage data streams and data models/datasources for use in reporting and analytics
• Provide direct access to ITS users based on their role and indirect access through ITS managed reporting tools.
• Implement data governance for improved security, quality, and discoverability.
• Ensure the availability and accessibility of the offering to downstream reporting tools and processes during regular business hours.
• Provide support for data quality and availability related incidents due failed data pipelines and bugs in data transformations during regular business hours.
• Does not include the support of the underlying database infrastructure.
• Does not guarantee security of data once users extract said data to a secondary system.
• Does not include content knowledge for various domains at the university.
• Does not include support of secondary data repositories built from warehouse data.
