Employee Information Look Up Channel

What is this Offering? 

The Employee Information Look Up Channel offering is a web application which provides 'approved' administrators the ability to:

Check status of background checks for new hires, re-hires and those that transferred into a new position

Look up information to conduct an Emergency Wellness Check 

Location: TUportal/Banner Tab

Includes:

  • Emergency Wellness Check Information
  • Status of Child Abuse Certifications
  • Status of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) check
  • Status of Cash Handling check
  • Status of Driving Motor Vehicle check

Scope

  • Ensure the availability and accessibility of the offering.
  • Provide support for service requests related incidents.
  • Manage integration including TUportal and Banner HR.
  • Security access is handled via Banner security class
  • Note: Emergency Wellness Checks has a separate list of authorized users which are located in table  TEMPLE_FINANCE.FWBAPPR (column GARS)
