Benefits Open Enrollment

What is this Service? 

Benefits Open Enrollment is a web application that allows eligible employees to enroll in or update their benefit selections each year during the annual Open Enrollment period, from June 1 to June 30. Employees can make changes to health, dental, and vision coverage for themselves and their dependents.

Who is Eligible to use it?

Eligible Temple University employees during the Open Enrollment period.

How do I use it?

Access the application through TUportal by navigating to the Staff Tools tab and selecting Benefits Information. 

Cost and Limitations

  • There is no cost to use the application itself.
  • Access is restricted to the annual enrollment window and eligible employees.
  • Benefit changes must be approved by the Benefits department before becoming active.
