Banner Human Resources

Primary administrative system and database of record to support a wide range of functions necessary for Human Resources administration including employment, compensation, position control, EEO reporting, payroll processing, employee/labor relations, learning and development, and administration of benefits and leaves.

• Ensure the availability and accessibility of the offering.
• Provide support for service requests related incidents.
• Manage Banner Upgrades; includes test plans, recommendations and testing.
• Triage any issues submitted specific to Banner Human Resources functionality and/or access.
• Coordinate with Banner DBA's to resolve issues related to the Banner database.
• Create tickets with ellucian as needed to resolve issues related to the product.
• Review best practices and make recommendations to Human Resources Operations for use of ellucian modules.
• Monitor ellucian announcements and take action as needed.
• Does not include the support of other modules in Banner
• Does not include support of HR related products outside Banner
• Does not include integrations between Banner HR and 3rd party products
