The general AVA processes appear below:
AVA will send alerts to the app owners as a tickler to review the user group access where role changes or positions have changed for those in a “List”. AVA will also advise owners where the uploaded users may need to be refreshed. Note: the option to receive alerts must be selected for the associated “Lists”.
