Weekly Email to Owners  

For any active “List”, owners receive alerts on Mondays and Thursdays listing all users who have had a role change or a position change since the user list was last uploaded/refreshed.

Email Reminders to Owners  

For any active “List”, owners have the option to receive reminders to refresh stale “List” members. These emails will go out 30 days after the last upload to each “List”.

What the list owner should do: 

•     Review role and position changes weekly if any occurred  
•     Create new list  
•     Upload new list
