Overview
This page will explain how to add a list of application users to the system and view reports.
Step 1: Create a List
- Log in to TUportal and select the Access Verification Application (AVA) option under the red TUapplications tab.
- If prompted, log in using your AccessNet username and password and verify using Duo Mobile. The following screen then appears:

- Click Add List. The Create New List form appears:

- Complete this form by referring to the following table:
-

| Intended Use |
Brief description of the application |
| Owner Accessnet |
AccessNet username of the Owner |
| Backup Owner Accessnet |

An example of a completed form appears below:

Notes:
- You must complete all mandatory fields.
- If the list is active, you will receive a weekly notice if roles or positions have changed.
- You will be reminded in 30 days to refresh your list. Once the list is refreshed, you will be reminded again in 30 days.
-
Click Submit. The following screen appears:

A confirmation email message will be sent to you (as the Owner) along with your managers.
Step 2: Add Users to the List
- Click Upload Members.

- Add User(s) that have access to the application by selecting either their TUid or Accessnet username. Then either upload the list from a .CSV file of paste the list on the web form, with each user separated by comma.

Notes:
- TUIDs and Accessnet IDs must be valid IDs assigned to a person. If an invalid ID exists in the file, AVA will not upload the list. AVA also removes any duplicate TUIDs or Accessnet IDs.
- You must upload the entire Member List when you make any changes to your list. Updating the Member List overwrites your entire list of members with the new list of members you provide.
When you are finished, click Submit. Details about each user you added will then appear on the screen:

Step 3: View Reports
To view active users, click the User Profile Report tab and select All Records.

To view inactive users, click the User Profile Report tab and select No Role.
