Students and employees may follow the steps below to install Windows 11:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Instructions for clearing your browser cache may be found HERE.
- Open an InPrivate or Incognito window in your browser.
- In your InPrivate or Incognito window, go to the following site: https://signup.azure.com/studentverification?offerType=3
- Enter your TUmail email address (accessnet@temple.edu) and click Next.
- Enter your current accessnet password and then click Sign In.
- Upon signing in, you may be asked to agree to the terms and conditions (for first time users). If not, you should be routed to the Education | Overview page.
- To view available software, click Software on the left side of the page.
- Click the Download button to download the software and View Key button to generate product key.
